Anxiety is the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness week.

Anxiety is a normal emotion to most of us, but can get out of control and lead to a mental health problem.

Many things can lead to the feeling of anxiety, this can include relationships, big life events, exam pressures to name a few.

We can also get anxious about our basic needs, like heating, food and money. But there our ways we can manage our anxiety.

By focusing on anxiety for this year’s Mental Health Week we will be able to increase peoples awareness and understanding.
